It has the particularity of being the first to produce this soft drink in the Region of Murcia. This refreshing drink is made with green tea, water and sugar and ferments thanks to the action of a scoby, a symbiotic culture of batteries and yeasts. After a first fermentation of 7 to 15 days, a refreshing, slightly acidic and sweet beverage is obtained, low in alcohol and very healthy.

These bacteria give a slight flavor to the tea and provide gas to a small extent through the fermentation process. In addition, they also supposedly provide beneficial properties for the organism. It is considered to be a probiotic and therefore improves digestive problems, strengthens the immune system, normalizes blood pressure, fights arthritis and joint pain, prevents memory loss.
