OCONOMOWOC, Wisconsin, March 18, 2024 – ORBIS® Corporation, an international leader in reusable packaging, has announced the signing of a lease-purchase agreement for manufacturing space in Greenville, Texas, with EPM Partners of New York. ORBIS Corporation is a wholly owned subsidiary of the 175-year-old Menasha Corporation, headquartered in Neenah, Wisconsin.

The agreement includes 420,000 square feet of manufacturing space that will be used to produce reusable pallets, containers and bulk containers. Improvements and infrastructure will be required to prepare the space for ORBIS manufacturing activities. ORBIS will also sign a lease with EPM Partners for 240,000 square feet of warehouse space in the same building.

“We are excited to see this investment come to fruition and support the growth of our customers.” stated Norm Kukuk, president of ORBIS Corporation. “This plant allows ORBIS to expand its geographic footprint and increase production capacity to serve our customers with industry-leading solutions while making an impact in the community.”

ORBIS expects to add more than 190 employees within two years of the start of the lease to support operations at the new plant. “ORBIS brings new manufacturing jobs to Hunt County and we are excited to partner with this long-term global leader,” says Bobby Stovall, Hunt County Judge. This plant is expected to start operations by the end of 2024.
