Milan-based Italian company Coster has announced the expansion of its aerosol filling machine portfolio with the new indexing machine, the 53eC. Among its advantages, it has a high production level with the ability to work in three configurations and a maximum speed of 120 cans per minute.
Since its foundation in 1963, Coster’s mechanical division has designed and produced an extensive range of filling machines for all types of aerosol products. The new indexing machine brings high performance, increased flexibility and connectivity.
From the same company also emphasize that aerosol filling operations are under great pressure to achieve competitiveness and productivity in a market that requires total flexibility and fast time to market , and they add that is the result of years of innovation and research to meet the challenges of an increasingly dynamic market.
An estimated 1.5 billion aerosol cans are filled annually worldwide with Coster filling equipment. 53eC also offers significant environmental benefits by minimizing energy consumption as well as allowing remote monitoring of production.
