Can Makers, the trade body for UK beverage can makers, has confirmed that four brands – Pots Cooking Sauces, Volvic Sparkling Water, Ghost Ship Pale Ale and Badger Beer – will receive the coveted Can Makers Design Accolade, in the first round of the 2024 awards.
Tango Mango was also commended and received a special mention for its innovation in design and printing, and the judges were particularly impressed by its printed can ends.
The Can Makers panel of judges reviewed more than 12 new can designs, and noted the exceptionally high quality that has become the norm for brands adopting the can or launching new beverages in cans.
