The winners of the 2021 Global Water Beverage Awards have been announced. To publicize these awards, Zenith organized the online awards ceremony on October 20th during the 18th World Water Beverage Congress.

Organised by food and beverage experts, Zenith Global, the seventh annual awards attracted over 165 participants, with attendance from every continent. In the first category of best still water the prize went to Cedea Srl – Cedea Mineral Water while in the best sparkling water the award went to A&M Rare – RARE Agua Cedea Srl – Cedea Mineral Water.

In the Best Tasting Water category, Primo Water North America – Mountain Valley 333ml Sparkling Essence Key Lime Twist won the award, while in the Best Functional Water category the prize went to ÈSSE – ÈSSE Agua.

For CBD beverages, in the category of best CBD water the award went to Miraflora – Hemp Infusions while the award for best new brand went to Ekhamanzi Springs (Pty) Ltd t / aQuellé – aQuellé ViV.

In the category of best brand extension, the multinational Ball Corporation – S.Pellegrino Essenza was recognized, while in the category of best new water concept, Soy bebé Grupo Solico / Kalleh / Majan – Majan Baby Water was awarded.

Lofoten Arctic Water AS – Lofoten Arctic Water Aluminium Bottle was awarded the prize for Best Can. In the case of best carton the award went to Essentia Water – Essentia Water 2 gallon box La Compagnie des Pyrénées – Eau Neuve

In the section of best glass went to Cedea Srl – Cedea Mineral Water. In the case of best PET, the award went to Tŷ Agua de Nant – Tŷ Agua de Nant, while best packaging/label design went to Gentlebrand – Aroma.

In the case of best lid / closure the award went to Roxane UK Ltd – Aqua Pura while the best technological innovation went to Nirvana Water Sciences Corp – Nirvana HMB Primo Water North America – AquaBarista.

In the last categories of the list, in the case of best marketing / social media campaign was awarded Flow Beverages Corp – Flow Beverages Corp while in the section of best CSR initiative the recognition went to the Arnhem beverage company – Knowledge Water.
