Multinational Wildpack has announced the launch of a new dedicated in-house printing production line for labels and can sleeves. The upgrade is located at the company’s Las Vegas facility and provides the capacity to meet projected internal demand for decoration by 2022 across Wildpack’s existing network of six U.S. facilities, as well as anticipated future expansion.

Chuck Zadlo, Chief Operating Officer of Wildpack Beverage is delighted with the announcement, adding, “We pride ourselves on being customer-centric and offering economies of scale to mid-market beverage brands. As a result of customer demand, we made the strategic decision to start up this production line. The integration of this production capacity adds immediate value to our customers by reducing suppliers, streamlining operations and reducing lead times, one of the key issues that Wildpack’s strategy solves.”

According to the company, since its inception, Wildpack has offered fully integrated co-packing or a la carte services to meet the needs of mid-market beverage brands once they have reached the production stage. In addition, Wildpack’s state-of-the-art Las Vegas facility houses the HP digital printers used in the production of customer-printed labels and can sleeves that went live last December. Wildpack’s print production is expected to be on an increase and generate gross revenues of close to $2.875 billion this 2022.

On the other hand, Chris Sumpter, Wildpack’s digital press manager concludes by adding that “with this additional capability, Wildpack is able to offer all components of the co-packing, printing, decorating, filling and packaging process integrated into a one-stop shop. As customers continue to demand all-in-one services, Wildpack will look to strategically integrate production verticals. Bringing printing services in-house allows Wildpack to better track and control our quality assurance and ESG goals as we pursue scalable alternatives for renewable label production.”
