Wildpack Beverage Inc. achieved a record number of orders in March. Last March’s can throughput was 19 million cans, which translates into a 15% monthly increase and a throughput of 300 million cans in 2022.

In addition, Wildpack’s sales division achieved record orders and new customers. For the third consecutive month, orders eclipsed the previous monthly high. The new high of 146 orders represented an increase of 19%. New client conversion reached an all-time high of 31, an increase of 3% over the previous monthly high.

CEO Mitch Barnard notes, “We are excited about the progress in our technology, plant operation and sales. We continue to see customers graduating into verticals, which validates the benefit that a single end-to-end solution has for beverage brands, as they can be used for all manufacturing needs.”

The Wildpack operations team was strengthened by the addition of Orlando Hopper, director of operations at the Baltimore facility. Orlando brings 15 years of leadership in operations, with a focus on packaging. Wildpack’s label and sleeve printing operations in Las Vegas saw a 22% improvement including a single-day production record of 88,000 units. The final installation to maximize the capacity of the current printers was installed and tested in March. Filling yields were 91% and decorating yields were 99%, both improvements over the previous month.
