Fadesa Manta has announced that the company’s plant in Manta is in the process of LEED certification. In this regard, the company points out that it is in the process of obtaining LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certification as part of its innovation process.
They also add that “we have implemented energy efficiency systems that allow energy savings of 25% compared to a conventional industrial building, and we have incorporated water treatment, reuse and efficiency systems that allow savings of 70% in potable water consumption” to which they add that “with this certification we seek to reduce our footprint on the environment, through quality spaces for our employees, with ventilation, air renewal and cleaning, and thermal comfort”.
The company adds that this action is one of the pillars of its sustainability decalogue, as it seeks to incorporate environmentally appropriate principles for the environment and comply with eco-efficiency standards and sustainability requirements.
