TECHNIBLEND’S VOLUMETRIC FILLERS ENABLE ACCELERATED PRODUCTION

TechniBlend Company launched its new volumetric can filler, the ProFill V. This filler is set to advance the industry to a whole new level of production capabilities as these customizable TechniBlend machines can be built to suit the needs of the individual organization.

By using a volumetric filler, organizations will be able to fill their cans with a predetermined amount of liquid. This replaces the traditional approach of filling containers through sensory technology that relies on measurement by weight or height.

In addition, the ProFill V series of volumetric can fillers is accelerating plant production everywhere. These can fillers operate at speeds between 100 – 600+ cans per minute while achieving accurate and consistent fill volumes on multiple can sizes for a variety of beverages and liquids. The monoblock design offers customers a simple and unique blocked unit consisting of the state-of-the-art ProFill V filling carousel integrated with a true tangential discharge to the integrated ProFill sewing system.

Derek Deubel, vice president and general manager of TechniBlend, said, “The ProFill V volumetric can filler is the latest example of how TechniBlend is moving the beverage processing industry into the future. The additional technology in the ProFill V provides us with a perfect platform to integrate TechniBlend’s beverage processing technology and solutions more closely with the can filling process, giving today’s beverage producers more flexibility and versatility to ç

It also uses a sophisticated electronic HMI interface for recipe-based changeovers and simple, repeatable filling operation. This means shorter changeover times, leading to higher overall production capacity. The hygienic stainless steel design allows for easier cleaning, quick changeover and super smooth transport in and out of the filler and closer.

ProFill V’s integrated AI (Artificial Intelligence) digital filling technology means that manual interaction is rarely necessary due to ProFill V’s AI error correction algorithms that always monitor and optimize the performance of each filling valve.
