The Brazilian Aluminum Association (ABAL) has already confirmed the date and venue for the 9th International Aluminum Congress. This conference, organized by ABAL and scheduled for April 9 and 10, will be held at the Hotel Unique in São Paulo. The conference will address issues related to the transition to a more sustainable economy and the promotion of product circularity.
This congress will be a privileged space to discuss cross-cutting issues of great relevance, such as the transition to a lower carbon economy, the promotion of product recirculation and the expansion of the use of aluminum in emerging sectors. These fundamental issues not only present challenges, but also drive the direction of the industry, leveraging aluminum’s competitive advantages and its ability to secure a more sustainable future.
The congress on aluminum production will bring together different participants of great importance in the sector, from Brazilian and international consumer industries to government representatives, researchers, academics, industry professionals and entrepreneurs. Investors, sustainability and energy transition advocates, as well as students and young professionals interested in the topic are also expected to attend.
