The company opens new facilities and location. Last May it moved to a new office in Northampton, this new building is 9,800 square feet and has a capacity to accommodate up to 40 workers at the site.
“The move to a larger location was the next step in Roeslein UK’s expansion. This new space allows us to have more room to host meetings, guests and remote employees to further Roeslein’s efforts and better serve our customers in Europe,” said Carl Rutherford.
As the company grew and expanded, additional office facilities were needed and to make room, things changed. This new location and larger departments are an important incentive for the entire team to grow with a collaborative cultural and training environment to provide new opportunities for Roeslein in Europe.
The newly opened office contains two conference rooms, 15 office spaces, a privacy office, 24 cubicles and three work desks for specialists in mixed remote operations. It also has a break room on the first floor, a small tea station on the upper floor, a printing room, a server room and an open reception area.
The expansion of Roeslein UK was also necessary due to the continued growth of the company. This location is actively recruiting for several positions to support the Roeslein manufacturing plant in Poland. This reinforces the relationship that Roeslein’s professional services group in St. Louis has with its customers. The St. Louis-based company has a manufacturing facility in Red Bud, IL.
The company is also looking for mechanical engineers, mechanical designers, electrical engineers and electrical designers.
