Roeslein Modular Fabrication (RMF) is celebrating the facility’s 15th anniversary and will reach 2,000 injury-free days by the end of the year. In 2006, RMF opened its doors in Red Bud, Illinois, with a handful of employees. Today, the facility has more than two hundred workers who help serve customers in the Renewable Natural Gas; Process and Industrial; and D&I industries.

Ryan Kirkpatrick, director of EHS at Roeslein & Associates, stresses the importance of these safety milestones, adding, “It’s very rare that we reach these milestones in the industry we’re in. When we reach these milestones in our manufacturing facilities, it shows that we are doing something right. This has been consistent over the seven years I’ve been at Roeslein and is one of the things I appreciate most.”

Since the acquisition, Roeslein immediately established a safety presence at the facility to assist, train and teach employees Roeslein’s global safety standards.

Achieving safety milestones showcases a company as top-tier in safety and injury management. These achievements lead to higher retention rates, reduced RME and insurance costs, and ensure that employees are safe and don’t miss work time.

Roeslein’s other manufacturing facilities located in Hollister, California; Dębno, Poland; Shanghai, China; and São Paulo, Brazil, also follow Roeslein’s strategic safety protocols to ensure employee safety.

Roeslein & Associates was founded in 1990 and specializes in engineering, modular fabrication and construction services. The company has a product offering in both the container manufacturing industry and the process and energy sectors, with annual revenues in excess of $630 million. Its more than 1,000 employees are spread across offices in North America, South America, Europe and Asia.
