Two years ago, Roeslein & Associates purchased MCS Technology and decided to name the acquisition the Roeslein Poland facility. Once the purchase was ratified, they acquired the land to construct a new building; after several years, construction, renovations and expansions are complete, and a new manufacturing facility is ready to open.

Precisely, Roeslein Poland upgraded its facilities to have greater efficiency by improving its departments and workflow, as well as allowing for an increase in production capacity and the manufacturing of larger modules. Each department will also have dedicated areas to improve efficiency and streamline operations for faster production of units, reducing project times.

For his part, Michal Druzkowski, project manager, said the team had been limited in terms of space to move faster. “This new space will give us the opportunity to develop and accelerate our production to continue to provide our customers with the fastest return on their investment with the highest quality in the industry.” he remarked.

An additional 60,000 sq. ft. area was added that will be used primarily for transport assembly, unitization and pre-assembly. New automated manufacturing and finishing equipment was installed, including a state-of-the-art powder coating system.
“With the recent manufacturing opportunities we have been awarded in Europe, planning and executing the work at our current facility has been challenging, to say the least,” said Rob Campbell, president of the Manufacturing Division. “Our new facility will more than double our manufacturing and assembly space. This, along with our investment in automated manufacturing and finishing equipment, will allow us to increase our production and improve our project schedules. Our Dębno, Poland facility and our Polish and Ukrainian employees are a shining example of Roeslein’s commitment to manufacturing excellence and customer satisfaction.”

The good results are confirmed. Over the past year, Roeslein’s Polish office has increased its production by 74%, and the completion of this expansion will continue to contribute to high production, enabling the supplier to offer better services to its customers throughout Europe.
