As of June 2022, Roeslein & Associates will offer renewable natural gas construction services. Led by Eric Bauder, RNG’s construction services group will provide on-site support and management. They will manage the installation, assemble the equipment and complete any ground work that needs to be done to prepare the farm for gas collection.
“The creation of RNG’s construction services group will allow us to offer a targeted approach to address the unique challenges we face with the construction of biogas collection and treatment facilities,” said Vice President of Global Construction Steve Figueroa. “Combining the knowledge base of the construction, commissioning and start-up functions of these projects under Eric’s leadership will ultimately provide faster completions and more cost-effective solutions for our customers.”
Roeslein will manage commissioning efforts, including electrical installation of established equipment and on-site coordination of vendors for equipment start-up. RNG’s construction services group will also partner with Roeslein’s line control engineering group to complete scheduling requirements.
“A typical NGR project has about 50% of its cost associated with the field installation of digesters, piping and equipment ranges,” said project manager Mitch May. “RNG’s construction services group manages our contractors on the ground and ensures that we complete projects on time and get them up and running successfully. Our construction team successfully executed projects in 5 states over the past year.”
In addition to construction and engineering, Roeslein & Associates will provide maintenance and operations services for the GNR facility. After installation and commissioning, the maintenance group within RNG Construction Services will liaise with the customer to operate and maintain the plant.
