Could you tell us about some of the most outstanding projects EGILE CANTOOLING has been involved in recently?
For the past six years, we have been providing Easy-Open Cap Conversion Systems to the market. During this period, we have expanded our offering to include a variety of channels and speeds, eventually offering four-channel systems capable of processing up to 500 caps per minute, resulting in a total production capacity of 2,000 caps per minute.

a. In order to expand our presence worldwide and increase our market share, we have outlined a solid strategy that has resulted in a notable increase in the percentage of our exports. b. For several years, we have dedicated our efforts to the development of a FEM (Finite Element Method) simulation tool. This meticulous, long-term approach has allowed us to perfect a valuable tool that ensures accuracy and efficiency in our design and analysis processes.
c. Our focus is on the application of finite element calculations, which comprise a detailed analysis of the stresses and strengths of our products and closures. We will soon be offering these services and studies to our customers, giving them a deeper and more accurate perspective on the performance and quality of our products, as well as the opportunity to optimize their own processes and operations.

In order to optimize our internal processes and strengthen our operational capacity, we have implemented an internal restructuring based on the Lean Manufacturing method.
