The Dominican National Brewery (CND) inaugurated at the end of the year a beer production line, with which it estimates to produce 16 million boxes of cans per year.

According to company estimates, an average of 320,000 litres of beer is consumed each month in the Dominican Republic. Thus, in the face of the growing needs of this drink, needs that are increased due to measures that, as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic, require more at home, the company will also produce new presentations of its products President, President Light, The One and Malta Morena; i.e. 8, 10- and 12-ounce formats and in packs of 6, 12 and 24 units.

As he noted at the end of October and on the occasion of this release, its CEO, Marcio Juliano, “2020 has been a year of enormous challenges for everyone in all areas, and Cerveceria is no exception. However, being a Dominican pride company, we continue to believe in our country and we are committed to continuing to contribute to its development. That’s why we maintain the conviction that now is when the investments that will revive our economy are most needed”.
