Turin, Italy, March 12th 2021. Inkmaker Group has launched a new complete and modern training program specifically focused on the various systems of its group.

ASIST, an acronym for Advanced Software Intelligent Systems Training, combines artificial intelligence-assisted technology with human interaction to facilitate training on Inkmaker Group’s advanced systems.

“ASIST was born out of the need to counter challenging situations, which prevent our engineers from being able to make physical site visits, such as during the current pandemic,” explained Christophe Rizzo, CEO EMEA / Americas, Inkmaker Group, “Over the past year, our systems and products have expanded significantly, due to group acquisitions. To align them, and to better meet the increased market demand for knowledge transfer in these challenging times, we felt the need to offer our customers a definitive training program to make them more autonomous.”

The all-inclusive course covers several new features ranging from basic machine structure to an in-depth understanding of Inkmaker’s legendary Industry 4.0-compatible software package. The didactics of the program are structured in four levels of certification, color-coded based on CMYK, which is reminiscent of the color model used in printing, with Cyan being the initial level.

“We see it as our kind of Six Sigma certification, which will greatly improve the user skills of our products,” explained Francesco Nesti, Global Director of Software and Automation, Inkmaker Group, “the expected end result will give our customers greater flexibility to solve problems on their own, with minimal virtual intervention on our part, if necessary, to ensure that business continues to run as usual, come what may.”

The new program is available immediately. For more information, please contact customer service at
