The term “vintage” is applied to objects more than 20 years old, transforming them from simple antique items to authentic collector’s items. In this line, the Museum of Contemporary Art of Sasamón (Burgos) presents this March the exhibition “Cans and Metal Toys of the XX and XXI century”, an exhibition that revives the history of these everyday items.

The collection, belonging to Montse Ruiz Miguel, exhibits a careful selection of pieces that reflect the evolution of the design and manufacture of metal objects. From packaging to toys, each item tells a story of innovation and tradition.

Located in a space of great historical value, formerly the Barracks and Hospital of the Order of the Templars on the Camino de Santiago, the museum invites visitors to a journey into the past without leaving Burgos.

The exhibition will be available throughout the month of March, offering a unique opportunity to discover how these objects have transcended time to become true vintage jewels.
