Recently, Roeslein & Associates celebrated with great enthusiasm a significant security success. This company can boast great success at its Roeslein Modular Fabrication (RMF) facility, located in Red Bud, Illinois.
Last June, Roeslein Modular Fabrication (RMF) marked seven years since none of its employees suffered a lost-time injury. In 2006, RMF opened in Red Bud, Illinois, with a handful of employees. Today, the facility has more than 185 employee-owners who help serve customers in the container manufacturing, renewable energy, oil and gas and industrial manufacturing markets.
For his part, Ryan Kirkpatrick, director of EHS for Roeslein & Associates, emphasizes the importance of these safety milestones. Specifically, Kirkpatrick noted, “It’s very rare that we reach these in the industry we’re in. When we reach these milestones in our manufacturing facilities, it shows we’re doing something right. It’s a unified vision for us. Regardless of how large and diverse our company is, our executive team always asks me how an employee is doing and how we can help them when an instance occurs. This has been consistent throughout my tenure with Roeslein and is one of the things I appreciate.”
In addition, as a sign of quality in safety and injury management, Roeslein has its own standards to meet in order to achieve milestones such as higher retention rates, lower insurance costs, and ensuring that employees are safe. The company strongly believes in the One Roeslein mentality and the Roeslein spirit, all implemented through proper personal protective equipment (PPE) and facility guidelines.
In 1990 Roeslein & Associates was born, a company specialized in providing turnkey solutions for more than 33 years for different sectors such as container manufacturing, oil and gas as well as renewable energy. With nearly 1,400 employees operating in North America, South America, Europe and Asia and high average annual revenues, this company offers a prefabricated and preassembled approach for those industries that wish to implement it.
