Reduce your environmental impact and help your customers achieve their sustainability goals. This is the premise that the company Emballator has followed to launch a new product, it is a monotube prototype made of aluminum to one hundred percent in addition to being free of plastic. Aluminum is already a durable material because it’s recyclable forever,” but this tube is better. Since the cap or stopper is also made of aluminum, there is nothing that can destroy or affect the recyclability,” they say from the company.

Tobias Lidevei, CEO of Emballator Tectubes says: “We believe in cooperation when it comes to innovation that can really change the market. We are currently working on a pilot project, but we are looking for new partners to commercialize the product and bring it to the market. This is the future.

The company also explains that the monotube, being made entirely of aluminum, helps to make the recycling process easier and better. The tube has the same product properties as an original tube and works for all our market segments. Both the tube and the cap have the same design as before, reduces the carbon footprint, CO 2 emissions and contributes to the circular economy.

Emballator Tectubes launches 100 percent PCR (Post Consumer Recycled) aluminum tubes. It is a material, such as aluminium, that has become a product, used, thrown away, collected, cleaned, processed and reworked into something new. Products made from materials recycled by the consumer close the chain and are recycled into a new product.

The new aluminium tube is made from 100% recycled material, produced with 100% green electricity and is recyclable forever. The PCR tube has the same excellent product properties as classic aluminium tubes and is suitable for products in the health, pharmaceutical, chemical and food segments.

The Emballator group consists of ten companies located in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland and the UK that develop, manufacture and market packaging solutions for future generations.
