TUBEX Holding has a new address. It recently announced the appointment of Cornelius Grupp as the new CEO. The new executive takes over from his father, Cornelius Grupp, who will become chairman of the supervisory board.

The Tubex Group has almost seven decades of history in which the Tubex Group has grown to become a leading supplier of aluminum tubes and aerosol cans worldwide. With a sustainability-focused portfolio that uses real post-consumer recycled aluminum in its Neucan 3.1 alloy and Blue Tube Evo, Tubex is reducing emissions and prioritizing true circularity.

“I will dedicate all my efforts to ensure the continued success of the Tubex Group and I am proud to be able to continue its 75-year corporate history,” said Cornelius Grupp, while his father added that “I am handing over the leadership of the Tubex Group to my son with great confidence in him and his entrepreneurial skills.”

Cornelius Grupp has been part of Tubex Group’s management since 2018, when he took over the U.S. subsidiary C-Care in Baltimore. In 2022, he played a key role in the creation of Tubex’s contract manufacturing division in collaboration with the German subsidiary CTA. As CEO of the Tubex Group, he will continue to oversee this division. In this way, the transition will keep the company under the leadership of the founding family while providing continuity for Tubex’s employees, customers and suppliers.
