Carlsberg announces changes to its financial management. Heine Dalsgaard decided to resign from Carlsberg to take up a position as CFO at a private equity firm in another industry. The executive will remain with Carlsberg until December 31, 2022, as the deadline.

Carlsberg CEO Cees ‘t Hart notes in this regard that “I have greatly valued the partnership with Heine since he joined Carlsberg in 2016. He has been instrumental in driving the improvements Carlsberg has delivered. Thanks to Heine, our culture of financing travel with a focus on cost and cash is well entrenched throughout the group. While we of course regret Heine’s decision, we also respect his desire to pursue new opportunities outside Carlsberg. We wish him all the best in his future endeavors”.

Carlsberg CEO Heine Dalsgaard, adds: “Carlsberg is a fantastic company and it has been a real privilege to be part of the team for the past six years.
