I work for a group in Ecuador and we have a project to can grains, mainly soybeans, and I would like to quote the equipment for this production line.

The idea is to be able to can this product in can type 300 at a rate of approximately 500 cans/minute and, in addition, to have an hourly production of approximately 5000 kg/hour.

Therefore, I will need to quote machines for this line:

• Shelling machine
• Grain cleaner
• Cyclone
• Destoner (stone remover)
• Blancher (scalder)
• Can filler (volumetric or drum filler)
• Can seamer (if possible with Steam Flow)
• Autoclave (sterilizer) – 5 to 6 baskets
• Magnetic palletizer
• Labeller (not less than 300 cans/minute)
