The innovative company seeks to protect its luxury oil by using recyclable bottles, demonstrating a commitment to environmental responsibility. In order to improve sustainability and continue to be environmentally friendly, California Olive Ranch, together with Trivium Packaging, organized for its liquid oils containers made of 100% recyclable aluminum consisting of a 335 ml bottle. This allowed them to have an environmentally friendly solution for their products.
Aluminum containers, which are highly recyclable, proved particularly useful for the brand, being a convenient and lightweight alternative for the consumer. These products ensured the proper preservation of olive and avocado oils, while protecting them against the possible presence of contaminants or temperature variations.
Indicate that Trivium Packaging is the industry leader in packaging for liquids, e.g., oils. These bottles have a reduced frame and a lid for easy handling, so that the contents do not spill. This makes it ideal for this type of beverage.
Precisely to keep in line with ecological, social and governance protocols that are increasingly respected internationally, Olive Ranch is modifying its product range, including the use of aluminum for packaging its edible oils. Aluminum stands out as one of the most sustainable materials in the world to take care of our environment.
“By creating our lighter, smaller bottle, we are not only able to continue to enhance our sustainable packaging efforts, but we are also offering consumers a more affordable price point for our best-selling line of olive and avocado oils. In addition, the size of the bottle makes it easier to use when traveling, which is very appealing to our consumer base,” said Mary Mori, vice president of Quality and R&D for California Olive Ranch.
The product is not yet available in Brazil, however, it is available for purchase through the brand’s online store.
