The British Aerosol Manufacturers Association (BAMA) has released revised versions of four essential guides for the industry: regulations for aerosol dispensers in the UK, regulations on dangerous substances and explosive atmospheres (DSEAR), electrostatic safety, and aerosol transport.
The updates reflect recent legislative changes and offer practical guidance on complying with regulations, managing risks associated with flammable propellants, controlling electrostatic charges, and understanding international rules for the safe transport of aerosols.
In addition, the Transport Guide, in its 16th edition, explains the requirements according to UN regulations, especially for the transport of aerosols as dangerous goods in limited quantities, including the necessary training for their handling.
