The Aluminium Federation (ALFED) has launched a State of the UK Aluminium Industry Survey to gain a comprehensive view of the sector, identify opportunities for growth and promote strategic dialogue with government and other stakeholders. The survey will address key issues such as industry growth, investment, sustainability, recycling practices, the transition to net zero emissions, and skills shortages in the workforce.
ALFED invites all companies in the aluminum sector, from primary production to recycling, to participate. The data obtained will influence the industry’s advocacy with policy makers and help position the sector as a growth industry aligned with the UK Industrial Strategy.
