Thessalia and Fadesa team up in Ecuador
The strategic alliance between the Spanish company Global Thessalia and the Ecuadorian company Fadesa, which seeks to develop the business of lithography, varnishing and cutting of metal sheets for the production of metal packaging, was approved.
Global Thessalia through its subsidiary, also Spanish, Litografía Alavesa, S.L.U. Litalsa, provides in Spain varnishing and off-set printing services on metal plates that customers transform into a wide variety of packaging, from food cans to aerosol containers, decorative, twist off lids and crown caps, said the Superintendence of Market Power Control of Ecuador.
The Ecuadorian company Fadesa’s economic activity is the production of containers, tinplate lids and plastic packaging, mainly for the canning, food and beverage industry and for industrial use in the chemical sector.
