Henkel is demonstrating how beverage can manufacturers can reduce CO₂ emissions, maintain high quality, and increase line performance through digital equipment, water-based sealants, and surface treatment technologies.
The Bonderite E-CO portfolio stands out for its intelligent control of can pretreatment, offering real-time data, automated reporting, and precise process management, which improves line stability even at maximum capacity.
The company is also presenting Darex WBC 4020, a next-generation sealant for beer and beverage cans, based on a uniform global formulation, manufactured regionally to ensure consistent performance and reduce supply chain risks.
In surface treatment, Bonderite L-FM 831, a high-performance steel lubricant and coolant, and the low-temperature cleaners Bonderite C-IC 72000, which operate from 43°C, reducing water and energy consumption, limiting foam and preventing unexpected downtime, stand out.
Henkel thus demonstrates how production efficiency, packaging quality, and sustainability can be effectively combined, reinforcing its role as a trusted partner for the can industry.
