Rudi Roeslein, the visionary founder of Roeslein & Associates, Inc. has made a strategic decision to step down as CEO and assume the position of President. In this position, Mr. Roeslein will continue to provide valuable insight and guidance, leading the company’s Board of Directors to excellence and empowering the next generation of leadership.

Effective immediately, Brian Sneed, until now President and Chief Operating Officer, will assume the position of Chief Executive Officer. Brian’s unwavering commitment to excellence over the past 24 years and his vast knowledge of the industry make him the perfect person for this position. His leadership and experience will continue to be instrumental in driving the company forward.

Dr. Gangwei Wu, an industry veteran with a proven track record of success, will fill Rob Campbell’s former position as President, Manufacturing Division. Wu will work closely with two other esteemed Division Presidents: Larry Block, Division President, Professional Services Division, and Charles J. Reneski, P.E., Division President, Construction and Operational Services Division. Mr. Wu will also foster the partnership with Jason Roeslein, who will fill Wu’s former position as Vice President of Manufacturing. Together, they will form a cohesive leadership team dedicated to delivering unmatched service and value to Roeslein’s customers through regionalized manufacturing services, equipment upgrades and automation, and a focus on technology research and development.

In addition, Chris Roach, former President of Roeslein Alternative Energy (RAE), will now head a new division within Roeslein & Associates, Inc, aptly named President of Renewable Energy. Chris’ exceptional leadership at the RAE and commitment to sustainable energy solutions make him the ideal choice to spearhead this exciting new initiative. He will be supported by Mitch May, who has led several of the company’s largest renewable energy projects and has seamlessly intertwined the two businesses through engineering and project management, making him an exceptional fit for his new role as Vice President of Renewable Energy.

In conjunction with these leadership changes, Roeslein is pleased to announce that Sarah Davidson has been named Vice President of Human Resources. With an illustrious multi-year career at Roeslein & Associates, Inc. Sarah has consistently demonstrated her expertise in talent development, resource planning and executive leadership. In his new role, he will continue to play a key role in fostering a culture of excellence, attracting top talent and supporting the growth and expansion of Roeslein and its brands.
