CPM, the leading diversified global supplier of capital process equipment and engineered systems technology, announced that it is debuting a new executive leadership team for its newly formed Packaging Group.

The CPM Packaging Group, comprised of the Greenbank Technology and Proline Engineering brands, focuses on introducing machinery and processing equipment for sustainable packaging products for the beverage can manufacturing and adjacent container industries.

The CPM Packaging Group’s executive leadership team is comprised of CEO, Mark Williams who will be responsible for leading the overall performance of the CPM Packaging Group and will be responsible for managing strategic growth and sales. Williams joined the company last March and brings 20 years of experience in the can manufacturing industry as well as 26 years as a general manager in various industry sectors.

The next appointment is that of Mike Rigby who was named Director of Engineering. You will be responsible for all areas of design, product improvement and new product development. Rigby rejoined CPM in March 2019 and brings 13 years of can manufacturing experience and a total of 33 years of design and engineering experience in a diverse portfolio of industries.

Also joining the new board is Emma Yeomans, who assumes the position of Finance Director and is responsible for finance, IT and administration. Yeomans joined CPM in April 2018 and brings 15 years of experience in finance and leadership roles.

CPM strengthens its staff with the appointment of Peter Bithell, Director of Operations, who is looking for a different place within the production chain. Bithell joined CPM in June 2004 and brings 18 years of experience in the canmaking industry along with seven years of experience in the paper and automotive sectors.

Jason Webb was also appointed Director of Aftermarket and is in charge of all aftermarket facilities and activities, with the support of the engineers. Taking care of CPM’s hard-earned reputation, invest in customer relationships. He has been with CPM since 1998 and has 30 years of experience with the company, focusing on machinery and installations for transportation.

Anna Waugh, was appointed Director of Purchasing and Logistics and is responsible for purchasing, logistics, quality and legal. Waugh joined CPM in October 2010 and brings experience in global import/export logistics and high-volume purchasing and strategic marketing.

The executive known as Lindsey McDermott was appointed human resources director and is responsible for drawing up plans so that the United Kingdom, there are twelve countries under this name, has people available to meet needs. McDermott joined CPM in 2018 and brings 7 years to the industry. With current offices located in Blackburn and Manchester, UK, CPM Packaging Group anticipates combining its two locations in the future.
