Harald Jessen was appointed as the new CFO of the world’s leading aerosol dispensing company, LINDAL Group. Based at the Hamburg headquarters, Harald becomes the third managing director of LINDAL Group Holding alongside Francois-Xavier Gilbert and Frédéric Noel.

The new executive succeeds former CFO Manfred Schnor, who is retiring after 10 years with the company. He has extensive experience as he has worked for some well-known and mostly family-owned international companies and consultancies. Throughout his career, Harald has driven major transformations in diverse environments, as well as complex M&A and IT projects.

Upon his appointment Harald confirmed his enthusiasm following his recent appointment at the world’s leading aerosol dispenser company: “I am honored by the trust the shareholders have placed in me and the opportunity to actively shape the LINDAL Group’s strategic path through this challenging phase of growth and development. I am pleased to be working alongside an established and passionate leadership team that has developed an impressive track record in aerosol dispensing and is shaping an exciting path for the future.”

For her part, Katharina Lilienthal, Chairman of the Board of the LINDAL Group, added: “Manfred leaves a large gap to fill at LINDAL, and we wish him all the best for his retirement. Bringing Harald into the management team means that LINDAL will not only have the benefit of his extensive financial experience. His competence to drive our growth agenda, set high standards and introduce new developments will make a positive difference across the company, for our customers and secure our long-term financial independence.”
