The CTCPA welcomes a new packaging technology that allows implementing the closure of specific boxes and jars under high vacuum according to the OPEN VAC® technology of Grupo Auxiliar Conservera SA, partner of the Technical Center.

On the occasion of the CFIA, CTCPA presented its new technology for sealing boxes and jars under high vacuum according to the OPEN VAC® technology of Grupo Auxiliar Conservera SA.

For several years, CTCPA has been working on deep vacuum for canned food packaging. Rediscover the testimony of the engineering company Sodetech, which invited the CTCPA to conduct packaging and sterilization tests of canned products under deep vacuum.

The technology is placed at the CTCPA site in Nantes in the Oniris technology room.
