World Can Experience 2026 Reinforces its Position as the Premier Technical Event for the Global Can Manufacturing Industry

World Can Experience 2026 will be held from January 21 to 23, 2026 at the Le Méridien Dubai Hotel & Conference Centre in Dubai, bringing together can manufacturers (canmakers) and suppliers from around the world for three days of intensive technical training, supplier innovation, and high-value networking.

The event is based on a “training-first” structure, placing technical training at the heart of the experience. Each day begins with dedicated training sessions for 2-Piece and 3-Piece canmakers, followed by the Technical Supplier Presentation Program (TSPP) and, on select days, the WCE Exhibition and the evening networking program.

Technical Training in the Morning

Two parallel blocks allow attendees to choose their area of specialization:

• 2-Piece (aluminum beverage cans) – Led by Sabine Koeppe, Bruce Jones, and John Jennings
• 3-Piece (tinplate cans) – Led by Tjaart Schutte and Kyle Teasel

The training modules cover areas such as problem solving, reduction of spoilage, set-up and quality control, closing (seaming), welding (welding), varnish and compound application, continuous improvement, and specific customer requirements.

Technical Supplier Presentations – Two Parallel Rooms

Each day from 10:30 to 11:30, WCE offers two simultaneous 20-minute presentations: one dedicated to solutions for 2-Piece and another for 3-Piece.
This format ensures highly targeted and relevant content for each type of operation.

Exhibition & Networking

The Tabletop Exhibition will take place on Wednesday and Thursday from 15:30 to 18:30, with international suppliers presenting solutions for machinery, inspection, chemicals, tools, automation, and process improvement.

The Wednesday and Thursday networking dinners (20:00–00:00) will offer a relaxed atmosphere to build relationships between industry professionals, combining business with a pleasant social experience.
