British tea brand Twinings has just launched its new range of ready-to-drink sparkling tea in a can. Enriched with multiple vitamins and minerals, including antioxidant vitamin C to support overall wellbeing, Twinings sparkling tea responds to evolving consumer demand for an afternoon treat that also feels good.

Developed by the herbal experts at Twinings, this new product is the result of the infusion of herbal teas and botanicals, sparkling water and fruit juice. It is also enhanced with vitamins and minerals.

Twinings’ new sparkling tea comes in three fruity flavors, each with unique properties to promote wellness. To boost defenses there is a can that blends orange with passion fruit and elderberry, infused with Chinese green tea leaves and fortified with zinc and vitamins C and D to support the immune system. The refreshing drink has raspberry lemonade with hibiscus, infused with Chinese white tea leaves and fortified with magnesium, niacin and vitamin C to uplift the mind and spirit. The energizing version contains lemon with ginger and lemon balm, infused with Indian black tea leaves and fortified with vitamins B6, B12 and C .

The sparkling teas are rich in antioxidant vitamin C and contain a range of vitamins and minerals that nourish the body and mind. The range is also free from artificial sweeteners or colors, created with no added sugar and with less than 50 calories in each can.

Twinings’ latest innovation responds to consumer demand for a fresh, new way to enjoy tea. Consumer testing of Sparkling Tea found that nine out of ten people who tried it said they would recommend the product to a friend after trying it, commenting that it far exceeded their expectations. Drawing on 300 years of experience, Sparkling Tea is the latest innovation from Twinings, expanding its range of cold products following the launch of Coolers last month.
