Trivium Packaging has incorporated people with autism through an alliance with the Asociación Autismo Bata. With a presence in 57 plants and nearly 7,400 employees, the company launched this project in 2024 at its plant in Spain, framed within its diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) strategy.

Trivium defines the adaptations as “smart team practices”, implementing, for example, clear communications, tasks well-aligned with individual skills, and flexible schedules.

Trivium invites the sector to replicate the model, consolidating inclusion as an engine for growth and competitive value.
