Another case is found in the ‘Dangerous’ world tour of the King of Pop, Michael Jackson, the Pepsi company launched a limited edition of cans. Now some unopened ones created especially for the occasion have become one of the most coveted products for the most demanding collectors. A combination of its rarity, historical connection to the tour and the great figure of Michael Jackson gave it a price tag of $2,500 per can.
In addition, other unopened factory error cans in mint condition, including one featuring the Brazil 2014 World Cup logo, were recently offered on eBay for $281,000. Articles have even been written urging the public to be vigilant and watch out for cans with factory errors, they may have a treasure at home without knowing it.
