Tecnopails, the packaging division of IM GROUP (formerly Inkmaker Group), has launched a new series of filling, feeding and closing systems, with a specific line integrated with the Rexson ColorPoint paint dispenser, at the Eurocoat International Exhibition and Congress, recently held in Paris.
The powerful system, capable of moving from manual to fully automatic solutions, has been named ‘Matrix’ for its ability to be easily configured through a series of adjustable modules. One of these modules is Matrix+Rexson/Colorpoint created specifically for integration with IM GROUP’s “Easypaint” solution. The Easypaint concept is IM GROUP’s most flexible and comprehensive range of automatic and tailor-made dispensing solutions to achieve precise performance and productivity targets, while maximizing available space and minimizing labor.
As Gianluca Incerti, Global Sales Director at IM GROUP, points out, “Matrix has been in the research and planning phase since early last year and we are very proud to present it at Eurocoat Paris this year. The series features some of the latest IIoT touch screens and intelligent Industry 4.0 technology from Inkmaker’s renowned software and automation team.”
“What makes the Matrix line filling, feeding and closing system so innovative is that it is fully configurable through six variants of adjustable modules that allow the filling line system to be expanded, from the manual M1 and M2 to the semi-automatic SA1 and SA2, or to the fully automatic A1 and A2 solutions. Tecnopails, acquired by IM GROUP early last year, specializes in the design and manufacture of customized automated systems for dosing, closing and labeling of containers for inks, paints and chemicals.
