Ska Fabricating will soon introduce a new depalletizer. It will do so at the Pack Expo trade show in Chicago next November.
This new machine is designed to unload half pallets of empty containers weighing up to 2 tons. It is a solution for a variety of industries, including food, beverage, spice production, large container blow molding and aerosol manufacturing. The HHA depalletizer exemplifies Ska Fab’s ability to provide robust and versatile equipment that meets diverse operational needs.
In addition to the HHA 5000, Ska Fabricating will feature its Manual Tilting Palletizer, designed for simple, efficient and ergonomic palletizing operations. This air-powered unit handles loads of more than 272 kilograms with dual pneumatic cylinders and requires no electrical power. Operators can easily adjust the load angle and height for safe and consistent stacking of pallets, layer by layer. Its adjustable side panels accommodate various pallet sizes. Optional features, such as pallet strapping to secure loads and a wheel kit for mobility, add versatility, making it a valuable solution for packaging lines.
Ska Fab’s engineering team works closely with customers to design and deliver solutions tailored to their unique packaging line requirements. The HHA 5000, like all Ska Fab equipment, can be paired with multiple discharge conveyor and tabletop conveyor options, helping to ensure seamless integration with other packaging line components and optimizing workflow efficiency.
