Silgan Dispensing has just launched ErgoShield, a modern and simple design that combines the protective benefits of a top cap with a natural activation motion for the user. ErgoShield features a one-piece design with a pronounced finger pad that provides a large surface area for comfortable wear. ErgoShield is highly customizable, leveraging Silgan Dispensing’s extensive portfolio of sprayers, offering customers more than 30 different options to choose from.
The sprayer design was developed through market research and ergonomic testing. Currently, there are few options for aerosol dispensers that do not use the traditional button and top cap model or the more premium trigger design. In addition to its unique design, ErgoShield is specifically designed to fit two-piece cans with diameters of 205 and 211, making it the first of its kind.
