Last March, the multinational Roeslein & Associates entered the oil and gas market by acquiring Method Flow Products, a company based in Evans, Colorado. This purchase will give them access to distribution and metering services and systems specially designed for this sector. In addition, the company has regionalized representation throughout the United States to fully meet the needs of its customers.
“Welcoming Method Flow into the Roeslein family of brands helps us move forward in meeting our strategic goal of diversifying our business into new markets and expanding the application of our prefabricated and preassembled modular systems into new industries.” Roeslein president and COO Brian Sneed said. “One of the most exciting parts of this acquisition is the strategic value that Roeslein & Associates, Inc, Servtech and Method Flow Products will offer our customers.”
Roeslein took over Method Flow Products, LLC. This expanded the company’s presence in the United States with 6 locations and 71 employees providing professional services. As part of its acquisition, it will be relaunched under the name Method Flow Products: A Roeslein Company.
Roeslein Company acquired Servtech in 2021 and now joins Method Flow to form an interconnected business unit. Servtech designs and manufactures equipment for industrial purposes such as oil, gas and critical data center systems. Based in Louisville, which is 40 miles southwest of Method Flow’s location, they will work together to offer comprehensive solutions to customers through modular design, LEAN manufacturing and strictly guaranteed protocols for global safety.
When transitioning, Method Flow employees will continue to perform their normal duties with the existing reporting structures. In addition, the company’s existing customers will benefit from having access to the various technological resources offered by Roeslein. The acquisition will bring with it a larger organization with the same level of products, services and support that has been provided for the past six years.
The Roeslein team, led by Vice President Steve Martin, is very excited about the acquisition of Method Flow as its culture aligns with Roeslein’s and Matt Beamon’s leadership and design methodology will undoubtedly make for a seamless fit. Both businesses plan to use their accumulated experience to continue to provide exceptional service to customers.
After Method Flow was acquired, Matt Beamon remained at the helm of the project as vice president. He had already known Roeslein for some time, so he could see that there were great similarities between the two companies. The Method Flow team is very pleased to be part of a global organization and the benefits gained for employees with Roeslein’s ESOP.
