Roeslein & Associates has been recognized by the Women’s Foundation of Greater St. Louis (WFSTL) as a leading company for women to work for, according to the eighth annual “Women in the Workplace: Employment Scorecard”. The company is among 11 St. Louis employers that demonstrated excellence in four key areas of gender equity in the workplace: leadership, compensation, flexible work policies, and recruitment and retention.

“It is very meaningful to receive this recognition from the Women’s Foundation of Greater St. Louis,” said Sarah Davidson, Vice President of Human Resources at Roeslein. “We have worked to create an environment where women feel supported, valued, and have opportunities for growth. This award reflects the culture we have built together and motivates us to continue moving forward.”

The Women in the Workplace Scorecard identifies small, medium, and large companies in the St. Louis region that demonstrate a tangible commitment to female inclusion through measurable results, key policies, and best practices. The criteria evaluated include: at least 28% women in leadership roles, a minimum of 25% women within the top 10% highest-paid employees of the company, starting salaries above the Missouri state minimum, and flexible policies and recruitment and retention programs that favor female professional advancement.

Unlike other “Best Places to Work” reports, which are primarily based on employee opinion surveys, the Employment Scorecard uses objective criteria and verifiable results. Through an anonymous data review process, it evaluates employment practices and their impact on gender diversity, requesting information on existing policies and data from designated representatives of each company.
