The multinational Roeslein announced the appointment of Steve Boing as the new product manager of the group, which continues to grow and has great potential for the future. Boing will be part of Roeslein’s new product group, which aims to provide customers with additional resources and tools for Roeslein’s leading products.

Another notable appointment is that of Sarah Davidson who was promoted to executive director of HR. Sarah joined Roeslein in 2013 and has helped grow the company from less than 200 employees to nearly 1,400 globally. In 2020, he won the St. Jude HR Award. The St. Louis Business Journal for its excellent performance in its sector.

Also in a new position, Michael Druzkowski has been promoted to Technology Director of Roeslein Poland, overseeing the engineering and manufacturing teams at Debno. The list of positions continues with Bob Hayes being promoted to Director of Latin American Operations, which means he is moving to Sao Paulo, Brazil. He will continue to work in the Engineering Processes, Continuous Improvement, Project Management and Project Planning departments.

Chris Hutson was promoted to director of Lifecycle Products and Services. He will continue to provide services for Roeslein’s customers to find the parts they need, to improve the company’s internal and external operations, and to assist them in their lifecycle planning. Chris Maue, P.E., has been promoted to director of Electrical Engineering and Design at the St. Louis headquarters.

Chuck Mohs was also promoted to Senior Product Manager, which will allow him to be integrated into the new Product Group, along with several managers belonging to the Resources and Tools department for the leading products. Its new goal is to provide additional resources and tools to Roeslein’s customers for their products.

Derek O’Brien has been promoted to Director of Manufacturing, Transportation.Derek’s expertise in estimating and scheduling will improve communication, manufacturing balance and financial consistency across all Roeslein locations. Another addition is Carl Rutherford who has been named director of manufacturing, Europe. He was already based in Roeslein’s UK office and will oversee efforts related to Roeslein Debno, where most of its manufacturing is done.

Joel Thomas is already Pride’s new vice president of production. With his time with Roeslein, he is one of the industry’s leading suppliers and his role within the industry remains on the rise due to the still-expanding limits of how light products and production lines can be by D&I. Derek O’Brien has been promoted to Director of Manufacturing, Transportation.Derek’s experience in estimating and scheduling will improve communication, manufacturing balance and financial consistency across all Roeslein locations.

Meanwhile, Roy Westwood, Roeslein’s IT engineer, was promoted to UK operations director. He has helped grow the systems engineering team, including helping projects with the company to become a globally recognized integrator.

Although its annual revenues are less than 650 million euros, Roeslein wanted to place a greater emphasis within the prefabricated and preassembled market for any industry. In total, the American group employs 1,300 people in the United States, Europe and Asia.
