Furthermore the same company has announced that it will join the successful machine program of RK Umformtechnik GmbH & Co. KG. The well-known machine program will be continued under the company Wallram GrindTec GmbH and the brand name RK DieGrind.
At the same time, the synergy effects with the grinding technology division of the Wallram Group will also be used to implement new and future customer-oriented developments. RK DieGrind is a company with 20 years of experience in the production of forming dies, mainly carbide and ceramic, for various industries and is also active in the field of grinding machines and grinding technology.
Today, ultra-precise carbide and ceramic tools are manufactured in production plants in Germany, Poland and the USA. Wallram Grindtec Srl in Italy is also part of the group. CNC cylindrical grinding machines for internal and external machining are developed and manufactured under the LIZZINI brand. These are characterized by innovative, customer-specific solutions using modular configurations paired with technical details such as linear drives or hydrostatic guides.
The Wallram group itself has more than a century of experience in the field of tool manufacturing, including the machining of drawing dies. Today it is a global partner in this industry, particularly in the area of beverage cans.
