Reynolds Service has adopted the latest digital metal printing solution from Koenig & Bauer MetalPrint by selecting RSI Metal Litho in Greenville (Pennsylvania, USA) as the site for the first installation of the MetJet One. This strategic decision enables Reynolds Services to offer innovative, customized and sustainable packaging solutions, even for very short production runs.
The MetJet One is a fully integrated digital production line for metal decorating. According to Koenig & Bauer MetalPrint, this innovative solution, as a complete production line, offers unmatched flexibility and quality, enabling customers to produce highly customized metal packaging solutions with ease.
Following a successful factory acceptance test in Germany, the installation is scheduled for the first quarter of 2025 at the customer’s site. As part of the technology collaboration agreement between Koenig & Bauer MetalPrint and Reynolds Services, the performance capability will be validated at the customer site and tested during an initial phase under actual operating conditions.
