Leading engineering and manufacturer of electric motors and controls, power generation products and power transmission components Regal Beloit Corporation has completed the full merger with Rexnord Process and Motion Control (PMC) to become Regal Rexnord Corporation with the closing of the agreement which was signed on February 15.
With this merger, both companies have managed to create a more balanced portfolio and an increase in sales of almost 50%. Undoubtedly, substantial new growth opportunities from the sale of industrial powertrain solutions designed to increase customer energy efficiency and productivity.
