ANGELUS automatic seamer, type 120L, TOTALLY RECONSTRUCTED
(AS NEW), for closing cylindrical containers.
TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS:
– Format for CO2 injection but without CO2 injection group (See file
attached).
– A locking head with twelve (12) locking stations, with one (1) locking wheel of
1st operation and one (1) 2nd operation wheel.
– Locking wheels made of 440B stainless steel with timken bearings and with
titanium coating
– Locking mandrels made of stainless steel 440B with titanium coating
– Synchronized rotary can closing.
– Geared can seat base plates.
– Non-packaging system – no lid by means of a pneumatic cylinder.
– Feeding of covers by one (1) auger.
– System no can no cover
– Feeding of containers by straight infeed with finger chain
– Standard length of container carrier for connection to filler

– 40 hp electric motor at 1500 rpm.
– Complete electrical panel in stainless steel, with SIEMENS:

– Protective fairing designed in accordance with European Union law on
Health and Safety Standards with the following characteristics:
o Manufacture in stainless steel or with polycarbonate windows.
o Limit switches stop the machine when any of the doors are opened.
o Articulating arm for HMI.
