PPG Packaging Coatings today announced an updated management team to meet the needs of the dynamic canmaking industry.
“We are constantly evaluating how best to staff our teams to ensure we are the standard of excellence for can coatings globally,” said Amy Ericson, PPG senior vice president, Packaging Coatings. “We are expanding our leadership team to remain the integrated performance and sustainability partner the canmaking industry trusts.”
Leadership team updates include:
Marcio Grossman’s role as PPG’s general manager for Latin America South and Packaging Coatings Latin America (LATAM) has been expanded to include the United States and Canada (USCA) region. Grossman is responsible for developing and executing the LATAM and USCA strategic plans that drive sales and profitable growth in this position. Depends on Ericson. With 30 years of industry and international experience, he has held various roles in global companies in the chemical, automotive and food sectors.
Benjamin Jo has been promoted to senior director of global packaging strategic accounts for PPG. Jo now leads the global strategic accounts team in this newly created position to deliver long-term profitable growth and customer satisfaction with key strategic clients. Jo will be part of the global packaging leadership team and will report to Ericson.
Jenica Eisenbach has been appointed as PPG’s new global technical service manager for packaging. In this role, Eisenbach has already begun leading efforts to globalize the service organization’s processes and procedures, enhance the team’s offerings and champion digital technologies to create and evidence real customer value. Eisenbach reports to Ericson, and the Technical Packaging Service team reports to it.
Anurag Raj has joined as PPG’s customer sustainability business partner, Packaging Coatings. Raj will be responsible for leading and supporting the sustainability objectives of PPG and its clients. In addition, he will work proactively with commercial, product management and technical functions to explore areas of innovation that will drive greater sustainable benefits for PPG’s products, services and customers. He reports to PPG’s global director of client sustainability.
