Pictet Asset Management is betting on increasing its stake in Crown Holdings
Pictet Asset Management reported to the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) that it had increased its stake in shares of Crown Holdings in the third quarter of 2022, a change of 0.9% from the previous year’s figures.
ETF reported 43,313 shares of the industrial products company’s stock after buying an additional 377 shares during the quarter. Pictet Asset Management SA’s holdings in Crown amounted to $3,510,000 (3.31 million euros) at the end of the most recent reporting period.
On the other hand, Victory Capital Management increased its Crown shares by 5,833.3%, with which it now owns 3,115,827 of them valued at 252,476,000 dollars (238 million euros). This was observed after the acquisition of 3,063,313 new shares during the third fiscal quarter of last year.
During the third quarter, Impax Asset Management Group’s portfolio expanded significantly by purchasing an additional 1,495,925 shares of Crown Industrials at a value of $142,900,000 (€134 million). This represents a 559.0% increase in their investments with the company and they currently own 1,763,544 of its shares.
During the second quarter of 2021, it was announced that Franklin Resources had acquired a large amount of Crown shares. This generated an increased position of 43.3 percent in the company by valuing the 4,313,314 shares at $397,558,000 (€374.7m).
Millennium Management also increased its position in Crown by 5,439.4% in the second quarter. Millennium Management now owns 1,081,566 shares of the industrial products company’s stock valued at $99,688,000 (€93.9m) after acquiring an additional 1,062,041 shares during the period.
During the second quarter, FMR LLC increased its stake in Crown Industries by a total of 19.3%, representing an additional 1,006,524 shares owned by the industrial company, valued at $574,417,000 (€541 million). This has raised its total number of shares to 6,232,142.
