U.S.-based Perm Machine announced that it has acquired the business of C&S Machinery Rebuilders, a supplier of parts and services to can makers.
Perm has continued its expansion strategy by acquiring C&S Machinery, a Paterson, New Jersey-based company, the purchase price of which has not been disclosed. This acquisition is part of Perm’s strategy of constant growth, which it has applied to the industry.
“For more than 42 years, C&S has been a quality supplier of Wagner coating parts, composite coating parts, as well as rebuilt equipment.”

After reaching an agreement, C&S Machinery’s New Jersey facility will close and all engineering, equipment, inventory and sales will be moved to Perm’s main facility in Saint John, Indiana.
“Perm continues to grow its presence both domestically and internationally with product lines of Wagner coaters, HOE presses, new and reconditioned Wicket ovens, oven chains, Wickets, coating parts, Dexter feeders and stackers, upgraded Luthi package turners and rebuilt equipment.”
