ORBIS introduces the 60×48 industrial pallet

ORBIS® Corporation, a global leader in reusable packaging solutions, is proud to announce its latest innovation in sustainable packaging materials with the introduction of a new 60×48 industrial pallet designed specifically to meet the unique requirements of electric vehicle and propulsion system applications.

Manufactured using a structural foam injection process, this pallet features exceptional durability and reliability, making it an optimal choice for use in the industrial and automotive sectors. It is ideal for transporting electric vehicle and propulsion system components, such as longer battery modules and components, and offers compatibility with automation and edge racking systems that improve operational efficiency and versatility in handling and storage.

Measuring 59.9 × 47.9 in. on the outside and 59.1 × 47.1 in. on the inside, this pallet features a continuous 1-in. high rim. This design allows for edge racking capability and the option to incorporate metal reinforcements for added strength. In addition, it is compatible with totes, EPP or thermoformed trays, providing an all-in-one solution. ORBIS also offers a 60 × 48 thermoformed top lid to secure unit loads.
